Transport and deliveries

Deliveries will be made using Gls (within Italy) and Ups (for international deliveries).

Deliveries will be made within 5/8 working days from the date of the order.

Unless otherwise specified, delivery costs are added to the total order cost and specified during checkout, before you complete the purchase.The costs are calculated automatically depending on the weight and volume of the articles purchased and delivery destination.

 

With reference to requests for deliveries to countries that do not belong to the European Union, the responsibility for payment of customs charges lies with the buyer and their amount depends on the laws of the country of destination. The Client is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs and any restrictions on imports, if the charges are not paid, and for this reason the shipment is rejected or abandoned, shipping fees and customs charges will be deducted from the total amount of the order, and only the difference will be refunded.


 

DELIVERY

You can check the status of your delivery directly from the courier's website, using the order details that will be e-mailed to you at the same time as the notification of dispatch.

Deliveries are made to the address you provide. We also ask that you supply us with a telephone number so that the courier can contact you before delivering.
If delivery is unsuccessfully attempted twice, the goods will be returned to the depot and can be collected from there.
 

PLEASE NOTE

We take great care in packing our products.If, when receiving delivery, the pack looks damaged on the outside, or is broken, please note the following on the delivery note and sign alongside, asking the courier to also sign:

I accept the pack (packs) whilst reserving the right to control it (them), because it is (they are) damaged.

Please inform us immediately of any acceptance with reservation.
Should the courier refuse your reserve as above described, immediately reject the delivery. In this case, please notify Customer Services immediately.
 

Customer Services

Customer Services is open from 9.30 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday.
Any e-mails or orders received after 17.30 on Friday, will be processed the following Monday.
